Digital Delivery Policy

We sell digital services; no physical goods are shipped. After confirmed payment, purchased membership access or blank advertising inventory is normally added automatically to the paying member account. Manual payment methods may require administrator verification before delivery.

Advertising does not begin merely because inventory was purchased. The member must complete the setup fields and submit the campaign for review. Delivery begins after approval and proceeds according to the format, quantity, schedule, available audience activity, and site rules shown with the product.

If a confirmed purchase is not visible in the account, contact us through the Ian's Desk support portal with the username and transaction reference. Do not send full card details.
