Information we collect

We collect account information such as username, name, email address, password hash, membership status, referral relationship, campaign content, support communications, and transaction references. We also process technical information such as IP address, browser information, cookies, login activity, and advertising delivery or click records for security, operation, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and security codes are entered into Stripe-hosted payment pages and are not stored by First Campaign Challenge. Stripe receives payment, device, and transaction information under its own privacy policy. We retain limited payment records such as product, amount, status, provider transaction identifier, and timestamps for fulfillment, accounting, support, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide purchased or earned platform features, review and deliver advertising, measure campaigns, send required service messages, provide requested promotional communications, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information as needed to service providers that host the site, process payments, deliver email, provide security or analytics, or support operations; to professional advisers; to authorities when legally required; or in connection with a legitimate business transfer. Service providers may process information only for their contracted purpose and under their own legal obligations.

Cookie Policy and your choices

Essential cookies support secure sessions, login, fraud prevention, and storage of your cookie preference. They are necessary to provide requested account and security functions and cannot be switched off through our banner.

Optional referral and measurement cookies remember the member whose referral link introduced you and allow Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to measure public-page visits and completed registrations connected with our advertising. They are used only after you select “Accept optional cookies.” Google and Meta may receive information such as the page visited, event time, browser or device details, and identifiers stored by those services; we do not send passwords, private messages, payment details, or registration form contents through these tools. Selecting “Essential only” removes the optional cookies we can remove and prevents these tools from loading on later pages.

You can accept optional cookies or continue with essential cookies only. Reopen “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time to change your choice. Your preference is retained for up to six months. Browser controls can also remove cookies, although blocking essential cookies can prevent login and account features from working. Where a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site defaults to essential cookies only.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

Members can update account details and use available email preferences. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact page. Some transaction, fraud-prevention, backup, or legal records may be retained where permitted or required by law.

International use and changes

The service can be accessed internationally, so information may be processed where we and our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this policy by posting a new date and will provide additional notice when legally required.
