First Campaign Challenge Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 4, 2026. These terms govern access to First Campaign Challenge and its advertising, campaign-learning, membership, and communication tools.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Create only one account, provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly update your contact information. We may request reasonable information to verify identity, account ownership, or a payment.
What we provide
The service provides digital advertising inventory, campaign setup and measurement tools, educational guidance, and member account features. Product descriptions, prices, quantities, and any applicable duration are displayed before payment. Advertising is subject to review and delivery depends on the purchased format and eligible audience activity.
We do not guarantee traffic quality, clicks, leads, sales, income, or other results. Please read the Results and Rewards Disclaimer.
Payments, delivery, and refunds
Charges are one-time unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Digital inventory or membership access is normally added to the purchasing account after confirmed payment. Review the Delivery Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing.
Platform credits and rewards
Points are non-transferable platform credits and have no cash value. Any separately stated reward or commission is governed by its displayed eligibility rules, fraud review, minimum threshold, and applicable law. A purchase does not guarantee a reward, referral, or return of the purchase price.
First Campaign Challenge is not a multi-level marketing scheme or a get-rich-quick program. Referring another member is never required. The service does not pay multi-level, upline, or downline commissions. Any eligible referral commission is single-level and may be paid only to the member who directly referred the purchasing customer.
Advertising standards
You must own or have permission to use submitted content and destinations. Advertising must be accurate and must not contain or promote unlawful activity, malware, deceptive claims, harassment, hate, adult sexual content, gambling, intellectual-property infringement, unsolicited messaging, or other content prohibited by our policies or payment partners. We may reject, pause, or remove advertising that creates legal, safety, deliverability, or reputational risk.
Email and communications
We send transactional messages needed to operate and secure accounts. Promotional messages are subject to available preferences and applicable consent rules. Members must not use the service, referral tools, or our name for unsolicited email. See the Anti-Spam Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate accounts for fraud, duplicate accounts, payment disputes, unlawful activity, policy violations, security threats, or material abuse. We will act reasonably and preserve rights required by applicable consumer law. Termination does not remove obligations arising before termination.
Third-party content
Members may submit links and advertisements to third-party websites. We review for basic policy compliance but do not endorse or control those websites. Members and visitors should evaluate third-party claims and policies independently.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes apply as required by law. Questions, complaints, and payment concerns can be submitted through the Ian's Desk support portal.
